The BEST Chocolate Chip Cookies | Chewy, Crispy and Chocolate Chunks

Today we are making my all-time favourite Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe! These are chewy in the center, crispy around the edge, and bursting with chocolate. These Chocolate Chip Cookies have such a depth of flavour that I'm sure you will love this one!

Ingredients
1/2 cup (115 grams) Unsalted Butter
1/2 cup (100 grams) White Granulated Sugar
1/2 cup (106 grams) Brown Sugar, packed
1 Large Egg
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
1 1/4 cups (150 grams) All-Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp (2 grams) Salt
1/2 tsp (2 grams) Baking Soda
1 Slab (300 grams) Dark Chocolate, chop into chunks
1/2 tsp Sea Salt Flakes
